NECTAR shall ensure the publication of accurate, relevant, and high-quality content on its official website.

• The content under Announcement, Tender, Recruitment will be online archived automatically after the end date of publishing. Announcement shall be for 3 years, Tender and Recruitment for 5 years.
• Content older than 12 months may be archived unless it is marked for long-term display.
• Archival decisions are made by the Web Management Committee in consultation with the content owner of the respective division.
• Archived content is moved to a secure location, not publicly accessible but retained for internal reference.
• Time-sensitive or event-based content is flagged for review within 30 days of event completion.

• Each department/unit is responsible for periodic review of their respective content.
• Reviews are conducted quarterly or as required based on updates, user feedback, or content expiry.
• Outdated or incorrect information must be corrected or removed within 5 working days of identification.
• A content review log is maintained by Web Management Committee.

NECTAR’s website may contain links to other external websites/portals for user convenience. Users are advised:
