Chief Secretary , Govt. of Arunachal being the permanent member of NECTAR Governing Council is one of the leading partner of NECTAR, who can implement any desired technology programmes /projects based on the state's requirement through NECTAR.

National Institute of Technology(NIT), Arunachal Pradesh:

The National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology in India and is recognized as an Institute of National Importance. NECTAR will associate with the institute for a joint skill development programs and other various activities planned through Skill Development Centre(SDC).

The broad activities are:

• Identification appropriate technologies for efficient use of biomass, renewable energy and other thrust areas focused by the Institute.
• Technology development with incubation and start-ups
• Encourage local unemployed youths to take up entrepreneurship in the broad area of biomass and renewable based industry, robotics, and healthcare
• Workshops and hands-on trainings to budding entrepreneurs
• Training to ITI trades and diploma holders
• Infrastructure and facility creation to incubate new product and process

APSCS&T : Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Science & Technology (APSCS&T) was established in the year 1992 to cater to the need of Science & Technological requirements of the state and to advise government on policies and measures necessary to promote utilization of Science and Technology for achieving the socio-economic objectives of the state.
